As a Marketing Director within the Marketing Communications team at Pomerleau, you will lead a team of 8 professionals responsible for external communications and the company's donations and sponsorships. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with the three divisions of the communications-marketing vice-presidency and closely with various departments of the company. You will have the opportunity to leverage your skills in influencing, making quality decisions, and optimizing work processes, as well as your abilities in talent development.

**What You Will Do**
- Develop and implement communication strategies and plans to support the company's objectives;
- Ensure the proper management of Pomerleau's reputation (including the management of issue and crisis management cells);
- Advise management members on communications and public affairs (e.g., speeches, arguments, etc.);
- Maintain trust-based relationships with the media and journalists;
- Ensure the operation and performance of Pomerleau's external corporate communication tools and channels (e.g., social media and the company's website, traditional and digital advertising campaigns, etc.);
- Coordinate and supervise the production of content, campaigns, and marketing communication materials;
- Monitor the competition and stay abreast of industry trends;

**This role could be for you if you have**
- Degree in communication, marketing, public relations, or a related field;
- Significant experience in communication and marketing management, ideally in the construction sector or a related sector;
- Bilingualism;
- Leadership and team management skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Experience in coaching and supporting executives;
- Experience in an agency or large company will be considered an asset.
