Ambassador & Public Relations Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and creators within the health, wellness, and CPG sectors, expanding our ambassador program.
- Serve as a primary contact for media inquiries, fostering strong relationships with press and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate and execute PR strategies, including press releases, media kits, and public appearances, to promote Good Protein’s initiatives and achievements.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between PR efforts and marketing campaigns, enhancing the overall brand strategy.
- Organize and manage events, including product launches, press conferences, and influencer gatherings, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of PR and ambassador campaigns, utilizing insights to drive continuous improvement and strategy refinement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and media opportunities to ensure Good Protein remains at the forefront of the health and wellness conversation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in public relations, influencer marketing, or a related role, preferably within the CPG and/or retail sectors.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with media and influencers.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a talent for multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a collaborative spirit.

**Description**
**Principales responsabilités**:
- Développer et entretenir des relations avec des influenceurs et des créateurs dans les secteurs de la santé, du bien-être et des CPG, en élargissant notre programme d'ambassadeur.
- Servir de contact principal pour les demandes des médias, en cultivant de solides relations avec la presse et les parties prenantes pour améliorer la visibilité de la marque.
- Coordonner et exécuter des stratégies de RP, y compris les communiqués de presse, les dossiers de presse et les apparitions publiques, pour promouvoir les initiatives et les réalisations de Good Protein.
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de marketing pour assurer l'alignement entre les efforts de RP et les campagnes marketing, améliorant ainsi la stratégie de marque globale.
- Organiser et gérer des événements, y compris les lancements de produits, les conférences de presse et les rassemblements d'influenceurs, pour augmenter la notoriété et l'engagement de la marque.
- Surveiller et rapporter l'efficacité des campagnes de RP et d'ambassadeur, en utilisant des insights pour conduire l'amélioration continue et le raffinement de la stratégie.
- Rester à jour avec les tendances de l'industrie, les activités des concurrents et les opportunités médiatiques pour s'assurer que Good Protein reste à l'avant-garde de la conversation sur la santé et le bien-être.
**Qualifications**:
- Diplôme de baccalauréat en Relations Publiques, Communications, Marketing ou domaine connexe.
- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience dans les relations publiques, le marketing d'influence ou un rôle similaire, de préférence dans les secteurs des CPG et/ou du retail.
- Capacité prouvée à développer et maintenir des relations avec les médias et les influenceurs.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, rédaction et présentation.
- Fortes capacités organisationnelles et de gestion de projet, avec un talent pour le multitâche et le respect des délais.
- Penseur créatif et stratégique avec un esprit de collaboration.
