**You have**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing and speaking).
- Relevant and recent experience supporting research program management and project development in a field related to the program areas of IDRC.
- An enhanced knowledge of the principles and best practices of knowledge translation and monitoring & evaluation.
- An in-depth understanding of research methodology, tools and statistical software.
