Troy's Toys is looking for an entry level Office Assistant.

We are a reputable used car dealership in Guelph, Ontario, committed to providing quality vehicles and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team.
**Position Overview**
As an Entry-Level Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our dealership. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the automotive industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain and update customer records and files.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit payments. Bank runs as needed
- Assist in preparing and processing vehicle documentation, including titles and registrations.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with inventory management and vehicle tracking.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks is REQUIRED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required.
- Valid Ontario G driver's license is preferred
- Dealership Experience Considered An Asset But Not Required
- OMVIC license is an asset
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
