TIP Trailer Services is one of Europe and Canada’s leading equipment service providers. We specialize in trailer leasing, rental, maintenance, and repair, as well as other value-added services, and provide these to transportation and logistics customers across Europe and Canada.

We are currently hiring for a 10 months contract role as an Administrative Service Writer for our **Mississauga / Schomberg** Team. As a Service Writer you will be responsible for processing third party invoices and proceed to billing (internal or customers). You will also be responsible for generating and entering work orders and other tasks in facilitating the unit repair and service processes.

**YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**:

- Process third party invoices (Data entry).
- Create work orders in the System, requesting purchase orders for service work, and closing work orders when repairs or service have been completed for all work orders
- Complete and verify each work order before closing it on a daily basis.
- Oversee and participate in the maintenance of trailer records.
- Ensure standards are followed on every Work Order, Shop, Mobile, Sublet
- Update our Internal System as required, update Out of Service Status, Physical Characteristics, Trailer Conditions, Condition Ratings, Tire Depths, etc.
- Tracks communication with Rentals, Customers, Parts and Sublet Vendors

**YOU NEED TO HAVE**:

- Able to communicate in English
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

**Experience**:

- service writer: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Processing third party invoices: 2 years (preferred)
- Creating and closing Work Orders: 2 years (preferred)
- Requesting purchase orders for service work: 2 years (preferred)
- Overseeing/ participating in records maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
- Updating internal system with status/conditions of service: 2 years (preferred)
