Benefits of being on our winning team - Paid Vacation - Life & Dependent Life Insurance - Long Term Disability and AD&D - Competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Package - Employee & Family Assistance Program - RRSP Program - Career Advancement Opportunities & Training - Referral Bonus Program **Responsibilities**: - Establish and maintain good working relationships with customer and vendors - Completes customer invoicing by receiving, entering, and forwarding as required - Verifies invoices by reviewing "bill-to" and "ship-to" addresses; flagging for price, and problems, and credit limits - Track service intervals for customers fleet and transfer to excel sheets - Prepares invoices by calculating special charges; making necessary changes - Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating communications; following policies and procedures - Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the service manager for resolution - Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes - Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential - Other duties as assigned - 2 years Administrative/Customer Service Experience - Previous automotive/trucking industry experience is an asset - Computer experience in Microsoft Office - Ability to handle a high volume of work in fast-paced challenging environment - Ability to use judgment and tact when dealing with general inquiries - Accurate data entry skills - Ability to communicate and respond in an effective and professional manner At Thermo King we take pride in knowing that our progress begins with our team members.
