We are looking for detail-oriented hard workers with incredible communication skills to join our team as Project Managers. As a Project Manager, you need to know how to get along with just about anyone you meet, oversee our agency-client relationships, build strategies to suit each client’s needs, and lead every part of our team - from the copywriters to the technical experts - to make sure we hit our deadlines and deliver excellent results.

You’ll work with different clients representing a ton of different industries - no two days are the same as a Project Manager at Flowium.

We are looking for long term, committed individuals who are wanting to establish a career for themselves.

Your Responsibilities:

- Coordinate within our internal team to keep projects moving forward and execute your strategies
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Klaviyo and its functionalities
- Boost clients’ subscriber engagement and revenue numbers

**Required Skills and Experience**:
**Fluent in English with Excellent Communication Skills**

Since you will be having weekly calls with American clients, you should be fluent in English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also crucial.

**Time Management**

You’ll be expected to juggle your own work schedule along with the schedules of team members operating across many different time zones. Working early EST hours may be required.You’ll need terrific time management skills to hit deadlines and deliver excellent results.

**Marketing or Sales Experience**

Our Project Managers are the face of Flowium, and we want our clients to know that they are in good hands. Experience with working in a sales or marketing environment is important when not only dealing with an array of people, but implementation of new ideas as well.

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
