The Role

We’re looking for world class Project Managers to join our team and help continue building Think Research’s success. We are seeking someone who can effectively manage multiple concurrent client projects from beginning to end; delivering customer satisfaction while ensuring deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. You must be a quick learner, a problem solver, and have great communication and organization skills. You will be leading the effective roll
- out of our products, alongside a multidisciplinary team. This includes project planning, technical implementation, support of on-going implementations and communications to internal and external stakeholders.

You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Lead the effective roll
- out of our projects alongside a multidisciplinary team
- Effectively manage client expectations by understanding client's point of view & needs while simultaneously achieving Think Research’s goals.
- Proactively influences internal teams & clients to apply, and/or adhere to, standard project methodology to ensure project performance
- Coordinate multiple related projects and ongoing operations directed toward a common objective
- Accountable for cost, schedule, and performance of component projects and operations
- Determines and coordinates the sharing of resources among constituent projects to the overall benefit of the project
- Participates in interviews, hiring, coaching & mentoring of new PMs

What You Will Bring
- University degree in science, business or a related discipline
- 2 - 4 years’ experience leading and managing medium to large scope projects in a healthcare or software environment
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management, Professional (PMP) designation, or other qualified certificates (preferred)
- Strong understanding of project lifecycles, and key project management tools (project plans, budgets, RACI, project charters)
- Strong technical aptitude - able to quickly pick up on new technical systems, and creatively develop future state workflows for clients
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing projects and shift your focus between multiple priorities; as well as fostering strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders
- Able to deliver on strategic client-facing sessions such as kick-offs, technical demos and training in a variety of formats
- Exceptional people skills and a quick thinker - able to work through difficult conversations with clients and problem solve
- Exceptional creative thinking and interest in process improvement
