Things You Need to Have:

- Demonstrated experience with building and maintaining relationships at all levels of the organization. This includes practices and techniques to establish and lead a project through a governance framework (i.e., project team meetings to Executive Steering Committee meetings).
- Demonstrated experience and applied knowledge of organizational change management best practices as it relates to large transformational projects with public-facing online technology component(s).
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale (multiple stakeholders, multiple vendors, large budget) business transformation(s) projects with public-facing online technology component(s).
- Proven record of achievement as a Project Manager demonstrating experience in successfully working in a multiple project environment with an ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Demonstrated technical background with experience communicating technical concepts to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge and experience with Agile techniques and managing multiple agile projects is considered an asset

What you will be doing:

- Develop the terms of the Detailed Project Plan in consultation with the Project Leadership Team.
- Produce the Project Plan and gain Project Sponsor approval.
- Ensure the project is undertaken in accordance with the standards, processes and documentation which follow PMI standards.
- Produce deliverables on time, within budget and to specification ensuring project objectives are met.
- Ensure the work products and deliverables are completed in compliance with technical standards.
- Facilitate integration of project touch points (interconnections) across related projects.
- Monitor and report on project performance: scope, schedule, cost, and quality of project deliverables.
- Identify, monitor and manage risks related to the delivery of the project
- Provide timely communications and reporting regarding projects risks, issues and concerns to the team, Project Sponsors and relevant stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate multi-stakeholder workshops, meetings and prepare presentations.
- Work collaboratively with Third Party Vendors and other Partners to include their delivery as part of the overall implementation plan.
- Develop project change requests (scope, time and cost) while negotiating and sharing financial implications and/or impact with the Project Sponsor.
- Manage Team health by ensuring conflict is handled and that members receive recognition, etc.

**Salary**: $80,157.00-$88,154.00 per year
