**What we’re looking for**

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead internal and external projects, managing their planning, execution, and delivery. Your primary objective will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with development teams and stakeholders to maintain the highest quality standards and drive project success.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead the charge by defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Be the bridge between our team and clients, ensuring client needs are not just met but exceeded.
- Develop and manage project budgets and provide insightful cost-effectiveness reports.
- Closely monitor project progress, timelines, and proactively tackle risks and issues.
- Facilitate effective communication, lead progress meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain a trail of documentation including plans, reports, and status updates.
- Champion efficiency by identifying process improvements and implementing best practices.

**What you’ll need**
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of experience as a project manager working on web or cloud-based projects, preferably with Insurance Software.
- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (preferably Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Sharepoint).
- Showcase excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excel in problem solving, demonstrating exceptional analytical capabilities.
- A PMP or other project management certification is required.
