**Position: Sales Executive Assistant**
Join our dynamic team as a **Sales Executive Assistant**, where you’ll provide essential support to our sales executives and team, assist in administrative tasks, project coordination, and client communication, all while playing a pivotal role in driving our business forward. This role combines administrative expertise with customer-focused operations, offering a rewarding and fast-paced work environment.
**Location**:
- Office: 11551 Twigg Place, Richmond BC (Mitchell Island)
**Work Environment**:
This is a **mostly remote** position, but you will be required to attend **weekly in-person meetings 1-2 times** at the office to ensure collaboration and alignment with the team.
**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support & Coordination**:
- Schedule meetings, coordinate projects, and manage calendars.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Assist with the maintenance of business tools, such as Shopify, Clover, and CRM systems.
- File and manage invoices, process payments and refunds, and reorder supplies.
**Project Assistance**:
- Support project planning and execution alongside the sales team.
- Organize transportation activities, including delivery coordination and warehouse communication.
- Attend daily virtual check-ins and weekly in-person meetings.
**Client Communication & Sales Support**:
- Act as a liaison between sales teams, clients, and internal departments.
- Prepare and update professional sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Assist in creating and updating orders, customer records, and reports.
**Customer Service**:
- Deliver excellent service by responding to client requests and concerns.
- Manage communication with retail stores, wholesale customers, and delivery drivers.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is an asset.
- **Experience**:
- 1-2 years in an administrative or sales support role.
- Customer service experience (1 year required).
- **Skills**:
- Advanced proficiency in English (Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset but not required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Shopify, and Slack.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving.
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- Salary: $41lk per year, depending on experience.

- A sales phone will be provided after the probation period.
- Opportunity to become a **Sales Manager** after one year based on performance.
**Work Schedule**:
- Full-time: Monday to Friday (6-8-hour shifts).
- Mostly remote, with weekly in-person meetings (Richmond, BC).
