Nisku, Canada Petro-Line Upgrading Services Ltd. (B1264) Full time

Petro-Line is looking for a person to manage and maintain the facilities, equipment, and infrastructure of the Corporation at 2 building locations in Nisku, Alberta.

Wage and Benefit package commensurate with experience.

Building & Equipment Maintenance Person’s Responsibilities:
v Demonstrate a commitment to a safe work environment.

v Maintain the Petro-Line buildings and grounds to allow for operations to function normally.

v Maintain shop fabrication equipment including bandsaws, hydraulic press, crane, welders, etc.

v Track equipment usage and improve efficiencies.

v Professionally communicate with customer representatives.

Assist with system and process improvement, including testing of innovations.

Assisting with procedure writing and system development.

Training personnel on equipment.

Building & Equipment Maintenance Person’s Qualifications:
**Requirements**:
v Valid class 5 drivers license with GDL restrictions removed.

v Strong computer skills (MS Office & GSuite Programs).

v Must be able to perform tasks that require moderate lifting.

v Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment drug testing.

Assets:
v CSTS 09, First Aid, WHMIS 2015, Forklift & Loader Certificate.

v Experience in mechanical repairs, electrical and pneumatic systems.

v General knowledge of building and yard maintenance.

v Experience in pipeline/piping construction and Quality Assurance.

**Salary**: $28.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
