**Responsibilities**:
- Maintains the building interior and exterior by completing minor janitorial duties- Maintains all buildings in good working condition- Maintains building equipment, automatic car wash, operations equipment, and machinery by following a maintenance schedule consisting of inspection, cleaning and replacement of defective or used parts- Ensures the maintenance of the lot and parking lots, completing lawn and surrounding landscape maintenance and may remove trash- Monitors equipment and parts to identify current and future requirements and places orders- Ensures equipment, electrical, plumbing and heating are operational by conducting regular inspections and completing minor repairs- Responsible snow and ice removal from the lots and walkways, monitors inventory levels and places orders and cleaning the auction lanes on non-sale daysEducational/Experience Requirements- Previous maintenance experience required- Working knowledge of maintenance equipment- Must be able to operate a loader and a skid steer- Must be a self-starter and take initiative- Ability to work independently- Heavy lifting required- Criminal Record Check completed and cleared by OPENLANE is mandatory
