**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Sweeping/cleaning parking lots, hauling snow, asphalt, gravel, etc.
- Loading equipment and securing loads
- Operate equipment including: backpack blowers, masonry saws, compactors.
- Irrigating work areas, sanding parking lots.
- Equipment maintenance and organization.
- Hauling equipment and/or material to and from job sites.

**Requirements**:

- Finds it rewarding working within a team to accomplish a common goal.
- Is task-oriented and dependable.
- Valid Class 3a License
- Eligibility to work in Canada without restrictions.
- Clear driver's abstract with no at-fault accidents in the last year.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Available to work various shifts including day or night and overtime as needed.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Attention to detail and commitment to following safety regulations.
- Willingness to do other duties as assigned.
