This is a hands-on, active role that involves climbing in and out of the truck, connecting hoses, and safely operating pumping equipment at customer sites. It is not a sit-in-the-cab driving position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform route deliveries to customers while maintaining positive, professional customer relationships
- Act as a company ambassador, representing 49 North Lubricants in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner at all customer sites
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers in a friendly, engaging, and professional way
- Operate company vehicles and delivery equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure compliance with truck weight limits and route requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle
- Conduct pre
- and post-trip fleet vehicle inspections; correct minor deficiencies and report major issues to management
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude by identifying and communicating basic vehicle or equipment concerns before they escalate
- Enter daily logs and required documentation in the fleet management software
- Assist in the warehouse/shop during non-delivery periods with picking, packaging, and staging orders as required
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse/shop
- Notify the Warehouse Manager when product inventory is low
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented culture built on trust, accountability, safety, and professionalism

**Requirements**:
Valid Class 3 Driver’s Licence with a minimum of 3 years commercial driving experience
Class 1 Driver’s Licence is considered a strong asset
Minimum 1 year of forklift experience
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform active, hands-on work
Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and professionalism
Positive attitude with the flexibility to take on new tasks as they arise
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
