Clean Harbors in **Winnipeg, MB**is seeking an **Equipment Operator/Driver** to join their team This role is responsible to drive/operate Wet Vac Trucks; Dry Vac and Steam Trucks to and from worksites, performing pre / post Trip inspections, and performing roadside repairs. This role is also labor intensive that includes tasks associated with hazardous waste clean-up, site-remediation, equipment decontamination and handling of hazardous materials. Working in confined spaces for Tank and Vessel cleaning.

- Operate and drive various equipment primarily our Wet Vac Truck, Dry Vac and Steam Truck to and from work sites.

- Individually maneuvering large hoses.
- Perform Pre / Post Trip inspections
- Performs emergency response and regularly scheduled activities including, but not limited to chemical and water spills, etiological and biological contamination, tank cleaning, equipment decontamination, etc.
- ensures proper use of equipment and immediately notify supervisor of any mechanical failure or problem of equipment.
- Operates light and heavy equipment including, but not limited to pumps, vacuum equipment, oil spill boom, generators, bobcats, etc.; Handles various hand tools and powered (pneumatic and electrical, hydraulic) industrial tools, including pressure washers and saws.
- Responsible for safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Willing to travel and work on a scheduled and unscheduled basis.
- Class 3 License required.
- Previous experience operating wet/dry vacuum, combo, steamer and/or Hydrovac.
- Ability to drive manual transmission required.
- Ability to drive manual split transmission required.
- Previous industrial experience is required.
- Safety Tickets (First Aid/CPR, H2S Alive, CSTS, etc.) are an asset.
