**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Uphold phone etiquette standards in all interactions

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks online
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- English & French required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.32-$25.41 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
