About the role
Join CMHC’s Finance Team in the Bilingual Specialist, Corporate Planning and Reporting position. As a member of the Financial Planning and Analysis team and in collaboration with internal and Treasury Board Secretariat/Central Agency stakeholders, you will be a key contributor to enterprise-wide management reporting, forecasting, planning and process improvement projects.

**This is a temporary position of a duration of 12 months.**

**What you’ll do**:

- Supporting business partners in developing the corporate plan and generating management reporting on the performance of our business.
- Interpreting and challenging financial and non-financial information to communicate key information that serves a variety of audiences.
- Supporting governance committees with reporting and presentations.
- Supporting enterprise-wide forecasting and operating budget management.

**What you should have**:

- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in financial planning/budgeting and forecasting or finance business partnering.
- Experience preparing management reporting, corporate plans and annual reports.
- Ability to analyze information, interpret risks and communicate the key messages to a variety of audiences.
- Strong financial planning/budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Bilingual in both official languages (French and English).

**It would be great if you also had**:

- CPA designation.
- Experience with zero-based budgeting.
- Experience working with Treasury Board Secretariat.
