**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and social media
- Promote and sell our remote tech labor services to potential clients
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with clients
- Reach out to customer leads and follow up on inquiries
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our platform and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, insights, and ideas for improvement
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the technology or IT services industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets

Compensation: 100% Commission Based

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From $100.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Direct sales: 1 year (preferred)
