We are seeking a passionate and strategic **Manager of Finance and Procurement** to join our leadership team and help drive innovation, accountability, and fiscal stewardship at the heart of our hospital’s operations.
In this high-impact role, you will oversee all aspects of finance and procurement - from budget strategy and capital planning to operational excellence and regulatory compliance. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our hospital, including supporting the planning and execution of a transformative new capital redevelopment project.

**The Opportunity**:
The Manager, Finance and Procurement, reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for leading and overseeing financial operations and procurement activities, ensuring alignment with hospital policies, provincial regulations, and healthcare best practices.
This role plays a critical part in financial planning and analysis, budget management, procurement oversight, and internal controls, supporting both operational excellence and long-term sustainability. The Manager provides strategic and operational leadership to a team of finance and procurement professionals and collaborates closely with clinical and non-clinical departments across the organization.
This position will also play a role in supporting the financial accounting of the hospital’s **new capital redevelopment project**.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in good standing (required)
- 5+ years of progressive leadership in finance and procurement - healthcare or broader public sector experience strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of Ontario healthcare funding model
