**Job Opportunity: Experienced Project Manager - Custom Home Builder**
Are you a highly energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in the custom home building industry? We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our growing team at Blake Farrow Project Management Inc., a premier custom home builder.
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your expertise will help us deliver exceptional homes to our clients.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven experience in project management within the construction or custom home building industry (residential home-building is an asset)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality results
- Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and all aspects of the construction process
- Familiarity with Buildertrend or Co-Construct software (highly preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Ability to manage ordering, purchase orders, and procurement of materials
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for creating exceptional homes
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee purchasing, ordering, and inventory management of materials
- Track and manage project budgets, ensuring projects stay on budget and meet financial goals
- Use Buildertrend software to track progress, update clients, and keep all project details organized
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients to ensure satisfaction and transparency

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
