Responsibilities: - Use your working knowledge of accounting, finance, and budgeting to hire, train, and manage a team of employees. - Manage staff development by coordinating resources with HR. - Manage the communication flows within the office. - Speak with clients on behalf of the firm. - Own all financial aspects of the firm. - Develop and implement marketing strategies for the firm. - Manage client accounts and policies. - Analyze financial information. - Create business plans based on company needs. - Ability to measure jobs accurately - Ability to fix minor roof repairs - Have experience with the program "I Roofing" or willing to learn - Have roofing (shingles and metal roofs), siding, soffit and fascia quoting experience **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company car - Extended health care - On-site parking Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay - Commission pay - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Collingwood, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Sales: 2 years (preferred) - Management: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
