As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of all internal and external communication strategies in coordination with various business departments. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will maintain the brand integrity of New-Life Mills (NLM) and strategically positioning New-Life as a trusted source. This diverse role will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans which support overall company objectives.

**Your day-to-day activities will include**:

- Develop and execute marketing projects, including direct mail, corporate sales, Internet marketing, conventions / tradeshows, producer/customer meetings, advertisements, open houses, sales tools, and other initiatives
- Aid in promoting brand initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives
- Develop annual marketing plans in collaboration with various business units in support of overall company objectives
- Oversee content development, management, and maintenance of online communication (Twitter and Website)
- Plan and deliver all customer focused events and activities (e.g., customer appreciation dinners, tradeshows, open houses)
- Responsible for coordinating and maintaining internal communications which support the company’s communication strategy
- Provide market research supporting any suggestions of new marketing and/or communication initiatives
- Help to ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to brand identity; conduct ongoing brand management, including provision of templates and editing services
- Prepare and provide creative sales tools, promotional literature, and marketing collateral in accordance with brand messages (print-based flyers, logos, programs, training materials, newsletters, packaging, etc.)
- Collaborate on mutually beneficial marketing initiatives with sister divisions
- Ensure translation of all marketing materials into French is completed in an accurate and efficient manner
- Maintain the Company’s event calendar which highlights important dates and event details
- Post-Secondary education in marketing, advertising, sales, business administration, communications, journalism, or equivalent work experience
- Strong portfolio to demonstrate marketing abilities
- Strong oral and written skills in both English and French is preferred
- A background in agriculture and/or experience in an agriculture related business or an interest in agriculture would be considered an asset
- Experience with Adobe Creative suite
- Videography skills considered an asset
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
