We are a dynamic startup focused on building strong vendor networks, connecting with top talent, and growing our client base. To help us achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a proactive **Sales and Marketing Coordinator** who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

In this role, you’ll take charge of initiatives that drive vendor partnerships, attract new clients, and enhance our talent network. You’ll have the freedom to design and execute campaigns, establish meaningful relationships, and make a tangible impact on the company’s success.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales and Vendor Relations**:

- Identify and build relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to expand our network.
- Collaborate with vendors to establish mutually beneficial partnerships and negotiate terms.
- Support the sales team by identifying and qualifying leads, managing outreach efforts, and closing deals.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring seamless communication with vendors, clients, and prospects.

**Marketing and Branding**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract clients, vendors, and top talent.
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, blogs) to showcase our services and success stories.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve results.

**Offline Initiatives**:

- Represent the company at events, networking sessions, and trade shows to build relationships and increase brand visibility.
- Organize and promote workshops, meetups, or vendor showcases to connect with the community.
- Develop printed materials, such as brochures and banners, to support offline marketing efforts.

**Creative Content and Tools**:

- Design graphics and visual materials using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Edit promotional videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to highlight company initiatives.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s mission and branding.

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance, Internship / Co-op

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 15 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cambridge, ON N1R 2G8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
