**This position is for up to 4 days per week, including one evening per week and one Saturday per month.**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Schedule appointments efficiently, managing calendars for multiple providers.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services, procedures, and office policies.
- Maintain accurate patient records using an electronic dental records system.
- Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage.
- Collect payments and handle billing inquiries professionally.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, tidy, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and effective communication within the office.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of one year of experience in dental or medical reception.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver outstanding patient service.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience using electronic dental record systems.
- Solid understanding of dental and medical terminology.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
