**Duties**
- Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Support the General Manager in developing and implementing operational strategies that align with company goals.
- Supervise staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational flow.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance.
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within a relevant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
