**Assistant General Manager**
Lobby is a full-service supper club and entertainment venue in Toronto, ON.. We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including preparation, service, and sales.
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to company standards of conduct and performance.
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean and orderly restaurant by washing dishes, sanitizing tables, sweeping floors, etc.
- Oversee staff scheduling and training.
- Assist with advertising and public relations (including social media).
- Prepare food and beverages to meet or exceed quality standards and specifications.
- Ensure that all food is stored properly in the kitchen and freezers (including temperature controls).
- Assist with opening and closing shift as well as other duties assigned by management.
**Experience**
- 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant required.
- Experience in nightlife considered an asset
**Salary**: $45,231.93-$74,801.47 per year

**Experience**:
- Hospitality: 3 years (required)
- Nightlife: 2 years (preferred)
