We are excited to announce that we are hiring a second **Operations Planning Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and direct the day-to-day Operations in Saint John
- Ensure excellent customer service and execution of daily/weekly targets
- Direct supervision of the Planners
- Communicate effectively with customers and other departments as required to minimize operational disruptions and communicate work plans
- Provide guidance and coaching to Planning/Ops team as required
- Investigate and resolve service issues and failures during your shift
- Provide clear and concise updates to Management and attend morning operations meeting (on scheduled shifts)
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift pattern (weekends, evenings) as required.

**Education Requirements/Knowledge & Skills**
- Valid CROR “A” Card is preferred
- Experience as a Planner and RTC is essential
- Must have a proven safety record
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to make decisions and set expectations for team and customers
- Possess a high commitment to customer service and safe working practices
- Other duties as assigned
