The General Planning and Operation System Supervisor is leading the short and long term vision demand planning process for CMC production and repairs. He communicates with business unit and product managers to optimize the material plan in order to meet company business goals. He is also responsible to maintain optimal inventory levels and production plans to meet the customer demands and help meet world-class on-time delivery to his customers.
**As a General Planning and Operation System Supervisor, your day-to-day responsibilities include**:
- Performs and manages complex and sensitive professional planning projects, research and analysis;
- Propose manufacturing / inventory strategy to full fill the different functional area’s needs (Business Units, Development, Manufacturing, Repair & Overhaul, Procurement and Finance);
- Supervise a group of approx. 10 to 15 employees, consisting of Master Planner, Product Material Controller and PBOM functions per the collective agreement in place;
- Optimize the manufacturing capacity management regarding equipment and human resources by considering the various critical paths as well as equipment and cost center capacity;
- Optimize stock management according to the level of service established by the organization.

- Bachelor in Operations Management and Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in planning management and project management;
- Strong Excel skills.
