TASKS Category Manager - Market understanding - Category expert - Presentation of market trends (Nielsen, POS, others) - In collaboration with BDM identify opportunities for sales growth by customer - Support BDM/marketing in category and new market development. - Support account managers in analyzing customer POS and Nielsen data to identify opportunities and collaborate in establishing action plans. - Assist with customer presentations - Develop various reports for sales or marketing team to support strategies - Update sales KPIs - Validate distribution and planogram presence. KAM - Business relationship development and partnership with assigned customers (Métro/SuperC) - Oversee strategic sales development of assigned customers - Execute customer sales responsibilities: - Manage Métro and Super C promotions within price objectives and Procurement agreement - Presentation of sales development opportunities - Presentation of new products and marketing initiatives - Ensure/maximize product distribution - Management of the Net Net price structure and achievement of budgeted margins - "trade spend control". - Responsible for planning and organizing customer meetings (business reviews) - Responsible for sales projections and maintaining dashboards
