**Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Administration or similar with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Enterprise IT organization. Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Administration or similar with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an Enterprise IT organization.

- Ability to provide suggestion and act on the next plausible step when problems arise
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and prioritizing skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Problem solver, resourceful and logical
- Must be able to work extended hours, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to do on-call duties.
- Must be flexible on shift assignments
- Must have knowledge of VMWare ESXi, SAN/NAS, network hardware and advance monitoring technics.
- Must have knowledge of LANs, WANs, VoIP, Internet and intranet systems, and network segmentation techniques.
- Must have practical knowledge of virtualization software.
- Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu), Desktop Operating Systems, and Windows Server Systems.
**Responsibilities**:May include some or all of the following; or any other tasks assigned directly or indirectly by management:
- Responsible for organizing, modifying, installing and supporting a company's computer systems.
- Support of data protection, backups and file systems.
- Support LANs, WANs, VoIP, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
- Support of Actlabs desktops and server and the software on them.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users. Analyze and isolate issues. Identify user needs. -Make recommendations for future upgrades
- Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to users.
- Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
- Maintain and manage network hardware. Perform network address assignment.
- Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of active directory services.
- Maintain individual machines, such as patches, software, drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.
- Maintain network servers such as file servers, webservers, accounting systems, VMware, Ubuntu and all versions of Windows.
- Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
- Performs related duties or assignments as determined by management.
- Compliance with the company's Health and Safety, Confidential and Professional Conduct Policies
