Job description:
We are excited to welcome a motivated **Systems Administrator** to our team In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining an ever-growing stack of systems and technologies. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a strong analytical mindset, and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Manage and Maintain Systems: Assist in the daily administration and maintenance of a variety of systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and security across our technology stack;
- Network Support: Support and troubleshoot networking issues, including connectivity, configuration, and performance optimization;
- User Support: Provide outstanding customer service by resolving technical issues for end users promptly and efficiently;
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and security, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively;
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and support requests;
- Assist in Projects: Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades, new deployments, and technology rollouts;
- Scripting and Automation: Utilize PowerShell, Bash scripting, or other languages to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency (a plus); and
- Learning and Development: Continuously develop your skills by learning new technologies and best practices in system administration.

**What We Expect**
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of various systems and technologies. Familiarity with networking concepts, such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VLANs;
- Scripting Skills: Experience with PowerShell, Bash scripting, or other programming languages is a plus;
- Customer-Focused: A passion for delivering excellent customer service, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical users;
- Quick Learner: Eager to learn and grow, with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies and tools;
- Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and identify effective solutions; and
- Team Player: Collaborative, with a positive attitude and a willingness to help others.

**The Details**:
