We are a busy taxi company located in Niagara Falls, looking for a strong individual that can work under pressure to join our team. We are looking for part time on contract phone operator.

**Job Duties**:

- duties include answering called-in requests for taxi service and send drivers to customers
- assist drivers with directions to pick up locations
- when emergency assistance is needed by a driver, it is often the responsibility of dispatcher to request required service
- taking care of reservations and booking

**Requirements**:

- knowledge of Niagara Falls
- knowledge of Niagara region an asset
- mature, responsible, dependable, professional, polite, patient, people-oriented with excelent communication skills
- computer skills
- good telephone skills a must
- must be able to handle multiple-functions and activities
- must be organized and be able to prioritize quickly
- some experience preferred but will train motivated person

**Qualifications**:

- ability to work under pressure
- must be good team player
- must be available to work all shifts (morning, afternoon, midnight)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
