**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, appliances, water softeners, and filtration systems.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and repairs of plumbing systems, including water heaters, boilers, and water filtration systems.
- Effectively communicate with homeowners, explaining plumbing issues, solutions, and recommendations for future maintenance or upgrades.
- Sell plumbing services and products, including repairs, replacements, and system upgrades, while providing outstanding customer service.
- Perform all work in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Utilize both hand and power tools effectively and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
- Collect sales payments at the completion of each job, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Occasionally mentor and work alongside apprentices, demonstrating proper processes and procedures.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Journeyman Trade Certification (required).
- Plumber Red Seal Certification (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing service experience (required).
- Ability to sell plumbing services effectively, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex plumbing issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to homeowners clearly and professionally.
- Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints and plumbing system schematics.
- Competence in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- A strong commitment to customer service and interpersonal skills, ensuring positive experiences for homeowners.
- A Class 5 Driver’s License (required).
- Able to pass background checks.

**Work Conditions**:

- Primarily residential service with occasional light commercial duties.
- Physically demanding work, including bending, kneeling, and heavy lifting.
- Frequent travel to job sites.
- Ability to work in varying environments and weather conditions.
- On-call rotation may be required.

Pay: $46.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 44 per week
