**Position Overview**: We are excited to welcome skilled **Residential Plumbing Service Technician** to our growing team. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert service plumbing, including toilet and fixture installation, plumbing renovations, and Poly B replacement.
- Perform maintenance and service on furnaces, boilers, and tankless water systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing system issues efficiently.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 availability for urgent service needs.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and quality checks.
- Collaborate with install teams to ensure proper technical specifications for plumbing work
- Work independently while adhering to Furnace Family's safety standards and service excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 4 years of experience in residential plumbing services.
- Experience with furnace, boiler, and tankless system maintenance is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Class 5 license with a clean driving record.
- Self-motivated and a great fit for our supportive, family-oriented culture.
