**Job Requirements**:
As a member of the Residential Administrator team, you will be joining a pool of other Admins that support our office systems and related monthly procedures. Each Admin is assigned to a specific role within our division, but is expected to be flexible by learning a variety of roles to assist with greater skills coverage.

We are seeking an individual who possesses the following qualities:

- Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Highly facilitative with excellent solution-focussed thinking
- Excellent people skills with a genuine desire to help customers or team members
- Very collaborative with fellow team members
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a customer service / office administration role
- Strong computer skills (especially Excel)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, both as part of a team and independently
- Must be an extremely quick learner & very comfortable with complex procedures
- Experience with the Plumbing industry would be considered an asset
- Strong PC skills & experience
- Some experience in accounting principals and terminology is advantageous

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
As an Administrator at Arpi’s Industries, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Diligently managing time to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Managing monthly reporting procedures and month-end closing tasks
- Communicating with technicians, office workers, and customers to resolve a variety of issues that arise from the time we schedule our technicians to billing our customers.
- Possibly helping other Admins in the event of staff shortages or increased workloads
- Interface with a variety of departments (e.g., Accounting, Payroll etc.) and foster a helpful, collaborative relationship
- Must be able to document office procedures & maintain procedure manuals
- “Resolving” (Closing) Work Orders on a daily basis to ensure our processes are completed and error-free
- Working 90% with SalesForce, but also familiar with Windows, Outlook & Excel

**Qualifications**:

- You possess a Journeyman - Red seal or 2nd/3rd year apprentice
- You have a minimum 2 years experience
- Prior residential plumbing service experience
- Bondable
- You can be entrusted to do the work correctly and work independently
- You have the ability to deal with unforeseen issues and overcome obstacles

**Work Location**: Head Office - On-Site only (this is **not** a remote-work position)
