Role: Anderson Plumbing is looking for a senior HVAC technician to lead our residential HVAC department. As our HVAC Team Lead, you will be responsible for facilitating the growth of residential HVAC services, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, supported by a team of skilled plumbing/gasfitting professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair and maintain residential HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings;
  • Perform routine inspections of residential HVAC systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards;
  • Install high-efficiency residential furnace, air conditioning, heat pump, and water heating equipment;
  • Provide high-quality customer service by communicating effectively with clients, offering solutions and explaining repair and replacement options;
  • Complete work orders, job details and required documentation using a company-provided iPad;
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company standards for quality and service excellence;
  • Engage in technical sales opportunities;
  • Work with an apprentice to facilitate his training and development on HVAC maintenance, service and installations;

Qualifications:

  • Upstanding character
  • Journeyman plumbing/gasfitting, sheet metal, refrigeration and/or HVAC technician.
  • Ability to be coachable and work well in a team
  • Commitment to the team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
