**About the Job**
As our Accounts Receivable Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic and globally distributed team to manage Vendasta’s billing and collections functions. Reporting to the Controller, you will take charge of the end-to-end AR lifecycle, working with teams across the US, Canada, India, and our external partners in the Dominican Republic. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role supporting a diverse customer base—including channel partners, small businesses, and franchise networks—through SaaS and transactional billing models. **Your Impact**
As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you'll work with the Controller, Finance, Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams to:

- Lead and manage a geographically dispersed team handling global billing and collections.
- Leverage internal systems including Salesforce and Zuora to optimize billing operations, manage disputes, and improve collection efficiency.
- Oversee Stripe-based payment processing and account reconciliation for SaaS and transactional products.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve customer inquiries and disputes with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate with an outsourced collection team in the Dominican Republic to maximize recovery while preserving customer relationships.
- Continuously improve AR processes to drive performance and reduce outstanding receivables.

**What You Bring to the Table**
You bring 10 + years of progressive experience in accounts receivable management, with proven ability to lead teams across regions. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an asset. You have deep knowledge of AR processes, billing systems such as Salesforce and Zuora, and are proficient with Stripe for payment processing. Your leadership and communication skills enable seamless collaboration across departments, and you’ve successfully managed dispute resolution and collections. Experience in a SaaS or transactional billing environment is highly preferred.
