As a Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will support the organization's financial health and foster positive client relationships.

What you will do:

- Collaborate with the Office Admin Manager to maintain collection goals and general A/R performance levels.
- Communicate with internal sales staff and external accounts receivable & payable professionals as necessary to complete job duties.
- Receive and process third party payments, whether by cash, check, credit, and other forms of payment.
- Post and reconcile customer payments to general ledgers.
- Balance daily A/R batches; prepare and distribute income reports and statistics to key personnel.
- Ensure the strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records as they relate to the organization and its customers.
- Form collection strategies to mitigate customer objections to making timely A/R payments.
- Investigate collection problems and advise customers on corporate A/R policies and procedures.
- Make arrangements for payment of outstanding and late accounts; escalate transfer to outside collection agency as necessary.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or misapplied cash transactions.
- Post daily invoices and file as requited
- Commit to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: $16.00-$21.00 per hour
