**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-Learning Manager to lead our E-Learning team. The Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, implementation, and management of our E-Learning initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive innovation in online education, ensuring the delivery of high-quality eLearning programs that meet the needs of our target audience:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute a comprehensive E-Learning strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
- **Content Development**: Oversee the creation of engaging and effective E-Learning content, including courses, videos, interactive modules, and assessments
- **Technology Integration**: Stay updated on the latest E-Learning technologies and tools and ensure their effective integration into our eLearning programs
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of E-Learning content and user experience
- **Learner Engagement**: Develop strategies to enhance learner engagement and retention, including the use of gamification, social learning, and other innovative techniques
- **Performance Analytics**: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of E-Learning programs and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- **Compliance and Accessibility**: Ensure that E-Learning programs comply with relevant regulations and standards, including accessibility requirements.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the E-Learning department's budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
- **Vendor Relationships**: Manage relationships with E-Learning vendors, contractors, and third-party providers.

**What you Offer**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of proven experience in leading and managing E-Learning teams and projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
