**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bike and Scooter Diagnostics** - Inspect and troubleshoot electric bikes and scooters, identifying issues and providing clear explanations to customers.
- **Repairs & Maintenance** - Perform repairs, routine maintenance, and product assembly with care and attention to detail.
- **Customer Support** - Answer general product-related questions, assist with customer inquiries, and guide customers through the selection process.
- **Retail Store Operations** - Assist with opening and closing the store, ensuring everything is organized and running smoothly.
- **Sales Promotion** - Actively promote and support store sales, assisting customers in finding the right products for their needs.
- **Inventory Management** - Keep track of stock, assist with inventory management, and ensure accurate recording and tracking of products.
- **Shipping and Receiving** - Handle shipments, including picking, packing, and ensuring items are processed accurately.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proficient in Hand Tool Use** - You should be comfortable using various hand tools safely and effectively during repairs and assembly.
- **Physical Stamina** - Ability to lift and handle heavy items as needed for product repairs or assembly.
- **Detail-Oriented & Proactive** - A sharp attention to detail in all aspects of work, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
