Imagine stock market day trading meets online direct to consumer sales. You’ll be monitoring hundreds of thousands in daily spend in peak season. You always have your finger on the pulse of key KPIs.
**What can you expect from this role?**
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Track, analyze and report on in-day, and historical commercial performance** to maximize revenue and contribution margin (Conversion rate, customer acquisition rate, click through rate, return on ad spend etc)
- ** Own, develop and optimize complex python and SQL powered spreadsheets and Looker dashboard for monitoring performance in real-time.**:
- ** Own website conversion rate across all brands. Monitor and adjust actively in real-time.** Not only will you be making long term roadmap recommendations to our web / OS team you will make real-time adjustments to copy, UI and campaigns to ensure performance. You’ll be looking at ad efficiency trends every 15 minutes in peak season and making live merchandising and site changes in Shopify using both WYSIWYG and HTML interfaces to optimize in real-time.
- Work with the commercial team and digital agency(s) to forecast monthly acquisition targets by marketing channel including cost per acquisition and keep forecast up to date with new insights / data daily.
- Measure and report on 360-marketing campaigns, personalization initiatives and promotional tactics on a consistent basis and as required through dashboards and data visualization
- Develop and maintain reports that contain actionable metrics to monitor business performance and inform strategic decisions
- Execute end-to-end campaign tracking solutions in partnership with the commercial team and data / OS Team, including requirements gathering, implementation, design, tagging, QA, and reporting. ex ; Ensuring consistent pixel performance and UTM tracking
- Work with the OS team to compile data from various sources and serve results through creating/enhancing current dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports in Sheertex OS
- Leverage Sheertex OS and other tools to measure media performance consistently that tell full stories about customer journeys
- Frequently present analytics insights and recommendations to the commercial team and key stakeholders.
- Support the commercial team in building new capabilities that leverage Digital Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SA 360, Facebook Ads manager) and create a connected ecosystem of marketing technologies.
- Partner with our retention, affiliate, ecommerce and creative teams to create, set-up and maximize opportunities with first party and 3rd party audience targeting
- Sharing insights, researching trends, competitive reviews and providing recommendations on how they can be implemented to achieve business goals.
- Collecting and analyzing customer insights and web behavioral data.
- Support the commercial team in the measurement of customer journey effectiveness, by using path analysis, channel attribution and media mix modeling, providing specific recommendations to increase revenue and reduce customer acquisition costs.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Post-secondary education (or certificate) in Marketing Analytics, Statistics, data, programming and/or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for spreadsheet and dashboard building. Basic proficiency in HTML and e-commerce platforms like shopfiy.
- Experience with using UI / copy, A/B testing, shopify apps, and other promotional campaigns to drive revenue and conversion rate.
- Experience implementing digital analytics tracking solutions for web and/or mobile experience.
- Experience with pixel implementation, management and media campaign reporting/insights, leveraging Google Analytics/Facebook Analytics and tag management systems
- Comfort working alongside and presenting to various functional teams (commercial, product, ecommerce, creative, etc.), across various brands.
