Responsabilités
Développement d'une stratégie de génération de la demande et de marketing de croissance
- Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie globale de génération de la demande pour le secteur vertical des PME en croissance (territoire) afin de soutenir nos objectifs de croissance
- Veiller à ce que les stratégies soient alignées sur les objectifs de l'entreprise, en les intégrant aux priorités produits, aux initiatives commerciales et aux objectifs marketing
- Collaboration interfonctionnelle
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales pour comprendre leurs objectifs, leurs défis et leurs commentaires
- Aligner les stratégies et les campagnes sur les objectifs de vente afin de soutenir la génération de prospects et de pipelines
- Faciliter l'alignement des ventes et du marketing en obtenant des informations, en partageant les performances des campagnes et en ajustant les tactiques en fonction des commentaires des ventes
- Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales et produits pour développer des messages, un positionnement et des tactiques de communication qui engagent les prospects et accélèrent la génération de pipelines
- Planification et exécution des campagnes
- Prévoir, suivre et rendre compte des performances des campagnes
- Mener des expériences sur de nouveaux canaux et tester les variables des campagnes afin d'optimiser les performances
- Génération et maturation des prospects
- Gérer les programmes omnicanaux de génération de prospects, en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes d'automatisation et d'exploitation
- Superviser le cycle de vie des prospects, de leur création à leur transfert aux ventes, y compris la génération de prospects, le suivi commercial en temps opportun et le reporting
- Créer des programmes de maturation reproductibles, évolutifs et permanents qui génèrent des SQL, des réunions et des pipeline
- Qualifications mínimales
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le marketing de croissance ou de génération de demande, avec de solides antécédents en matière de développement du pipeline et des revenus
Expérience dans la gestion de programmes ABM étendus et tactiques et dans la collaboration étroite avec les ventes
Capacité à développer et à mettre en œuvre des stratégies et des campagnes marketing alignées sur les objectifs de vente
Excellentes compétences en matière d'analyse, de communication et de collaboration

We are seeking a talented and driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and spearhead our demand generation efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
Demand Generation and Growth Marketing Strategy Development- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy for the Growing SMB Vertical (Territory) to support our growth goals- Ensure strategies align with company goals, integrating with product priorities, sales initiatives, and marketing objectives
Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with sales teams to understand their objectives, challenges, and feedback- Align strategies and campaigns with sales goals to support lead and pipeline generation- Facilitate sales and marketing alignment by obtaining insights, sharing campaign performance, and adjusting tactics based on sales feedback- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop messaging, positioning, and outreach tactics that engage prospects and accelerate pipeline generation
Campaign Planning and Execution-
- Forecast, track, and report on campaign performance- Run experiments in new channels and test campaign variables to optimize performance
