**Experience & Education**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage and organize work load with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Construction knowledge is an asset but not required
- Organizational skills

**Job Duties**:

- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with day-to-day operational functions including but not limited to invoicing, bill payment, payroll, reception, inventory, work orders, tracking, reporting.
- Perform diversified administrative duties.
- Liaise with field, accounting, HR & and safety staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
