Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.  Responsibilities Provide clerical support to the administrative team and office Process, pick up and drop off documents Organize, maintain, pull and re-sort files and conduct electronic filing Maintain and sort incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail Perform general office duties such as photocopying, faxing and printing reports Prepare and process routine documents and/or reports Ensure the filing room is clean and organized  Booking Courier Deliveries File Room Maintenance Office Supply Ordering Stationary Ordering Pick Up/Deliveries Scanning (scanning in signed paper T183s) Data Entry (logging T183s during tax season) Maintain tidiness of Meeting Rooms/Lunch Room Assist at reception, as necessary Maintain flexibility to work overtime, as necessary Skills and Experience Experience in a professional services environment is considered an asset Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
