**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers in selecting the ideal vehicle based on their needs and budget.
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed product demonstrations.
- Promote additional features, accessories, and service packages to enhance sales.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to successfully close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to remain competitive.
**Requirements**:
- VSA Licence, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are essential.
- Prior experience in car sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—multilingual is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
- CRM software and sales skills preferred.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.

Pay: $8,252.00-$15,124.00 per month
