**JOB TITLE: SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CO-ORDINATOR**
**Job Type**:Full Time 40 Hours Per Week. Dynamic Office Environment.
**Reporting To**: VP of Sales & Marketing
**Collaboration With**: Sales, External Customers, Operations, R&D
**Work Location**: On Premise (not remote). #601 - 19055 Airport Way, Pitt Meadows, BC
**About You**
**Qualifications include**:
- Strong customer service skills with a minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A related post-secondary degree OR equivalent work experience in lieu of education
- Ability to handle a high volume of detailed work with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Numerical aptitude is a plus with particular emphasis on weights and measures.
- Proficient in using customer service software such as CRM and ERP systems.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in customer service and support.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
**About Us**
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- The Sales Co-ordinator is responsible for supporting members of the sales team and related sales initiatives with direct customer interaction. Specific duties include:
- Provide primary support for senior sales team
- Review, clarify, and process incoming customer orders
- Collaborate with sales team and customers to update regular sales forecasting
- Provide helpful, timely, and informative responses to customer enquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain customer information databases and update/review as needed
- Co-ordinate with Production and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and troubleshoot related issues as needed

**Remuneration**
- Salary of $55-$65k depending on experience
