**Job Description**:
As a Retail Representative at Global CFS, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and driving sales within our store. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product recommendations, and processing transactions efficiently. Additionally, you will help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to create a welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
- Offer product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping work areas tidy.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or replenishment needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and customer interactions.
- Unload and organize incoming shipments.
- Pull and prepare orders for delivery.
- Deliver orders.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience preferred, especially in a similar industry (tile, construction, home improvement).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions.
- Knowledge of tile accessories and installation techniques is a plus.
- Heavy lifting required.
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
- G Drivers license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
