Below are skills required to execute the scope of work along with construction management skills of running the projects as there will be multiple jobs at the same time.

We are looking to add a couple of individuals to carry our construction projects inhouse. Skills required but not limited to:

- Rough carpentry
- Exterior finishes
- Drywall
- Flooring: Vinyl, Laminate, Wood, Tiles
- Doors & Windows
- Finish Carpentry: Trim, Baseboard & Casings
- Painting
- Small electrical & plumbing tasks
- Site preparation and maintenance
- Using hand and power tools
- Assisting other team members
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Miscellaneous Carpentry (Bathroom Accessories, Air Grills etc.)

**Salary**: $22.00-$33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
