**Job Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Inside Sales Specialist with experience in SAP to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who has a background in technology, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating structured processes for our sales and orders pipeline.

You’ll be working closely with the leadership team, technical teams, and clients to ensure quotes, proposals, parts procurement, shipping, and customer onboarding run efficiently and accurately.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a key point of contact with field technicians and customers to **capture sales requirements** and guide them through the ordering process
- Manage and **respond to incoming sales inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders**, and maintain accurate client records in **SAP**:

- Expedite orders and **follow-up with customers, ensuring shipments are sent or received in a timely fashion**:

- Collaborate with our technical support team to ensure **exceptional delivery of products and services**:

- Perform basic inventory management, support shipping and receiving processes
- **Maintain records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions**, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs
- Gather client feedback and relay it to the leadership team to support continuous product and service improvements
- Procurement of parts from local and international vendors, occasionally working across time zones to ensure timely order fulfillment

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- **2 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Operations**, preferably in a tech or SaaS
- **IT or technology background** is a strong asset
- **Proficiency with SAP** or other ERP/CRM platforms is required
- **Excellent written and verbal English communication skills**:

- **Highly detail-oriented**, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must be able to **work independently and make logical decisions**:

- Experience with purchasing and vendor coordination (domestic and international)
- Comfortable with technical terminology and client-facing communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Wordpress, or similar tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
